The application is a tool for asymmetric encryption of files with a simplified interface.
Application uses public/private key pair behind the scenes to ensure secure information transfer between the parties.
All complicated encryption and decryption operations are handled by the application ensuring straightforward operations yet secured file transfersThe integration of cryptography is based on the CryptoLib library certified by the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine that supports international and Ukrainian cryptographic standards.
The software keystore (PKCS#12), keypair based on the elliptic curve X9.62 ECDSA(256), data encryption algorithm AES(256) are used.Basic free functionality - encryption/decryption of files up to 100KB in size.Full functionality on a paid basis (subscription through the Playmarket) - encryption/decryption of files larger than 100KB, as well as encryption of text messages, audio or video recordings directly from the application.How it works:- When the application is launched for the first time, a so-called "key pair" (private and public key) is automatically generated, which is stored in the app.- Using QR-code you need to share your certificate (public key) with all users who will encrypt files for you.- It is necessary to receive certificates (public keys) from all users to whom you will encrypt files.
Certificates are scanned using the QR-code and stored in the app.- To encrypt, select the required file in the app, click the Encrypt icon and select the users on whom this file will be encrypted.
Next, send the encrypted file to users, for example, through a email or messenger.
Only specified users will be able to decrypt this file.- To decrypt, select the encrypted for you file in the app, click the Decrypt icon.
Then the decrypted file can be opened with the corresponding phone application.
If this file was not encrypted for you, then decryption will be unsuccessful.
